Builders in Monmouth

“Excellent communication at all stages, from first visit, to quote, to completion of work. Work carried out professionally by a lovely team, led by Brian at all stages.”

“Brian and his team are excellent!! They are very hardworking, really cared about the standard of work and ensuring we were happy, very tidy and a real pleasure to have around. Above all, the work carried out is fantastic, especially woodwork. Our main job of adding skylights and roof insulation wasn’t an easy job, but it has been done exceptionally well!! We are very happy and we’d highly recommend Brian and his team. We hope to have them back next year, for additional works.”

“The best and most hard working builder I have ever come across. The quality of finish is second to none. Would highly recommend Rockfield Property Service to everyone.”

“Brian and his team pulled out all the stops on this complex and historically sensitive job, liaising w Monmouthshire County Council Heritage, speedily removing failed render, making good badly deteriorated sections of wall and removing, preserving and reinstating a historic soil pipe. The new render is impeccable, and beautifully painted. Windows were also checked, restored where necessary and painted. The courtyard was left spotlessly clean. Brian very efficiently centralised the outsourced painting and scaffolding contractors, making my job as project manager far simpler. Highly recommended.”
